I travelled to Laos 2 years ago and fell in love with the people and country.
I returned this year and once again I was embraced by a people who are open, warm and friendly. They are a gentle and soft spoken people. I was impressed by the woven Lao silks, and found myself seeking out women weavers to learn about this traditional craft.
I am sharing these gorgeous, colourful tribal textiles with you, as well as Cambodian and Malaysian silks.
